These terms govern your use of the ParkWayz website at parkwayz.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern the ParkWayz software itself — that is licensed separately, under the written agreement between us and the customer.

1. Who we are

2. Using this site

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use or for the internal purposes of your organisation, including evaluating ParkWayz. You may not:

• use the site in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt any denial-of-service or similar attack;
• harvest data by automated means where it places an unreasonable load on the site.

Nothing in this section prevents you sharing a link to any page, or quoting reasonably from it with attribution.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design, layout, graphics and code of this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. The ParkWayz name, the ParkWayz licence-plate logo and the associated marks are ours. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them.

The two typefaces used here, Inter and JetBrains Mono, are third-party works used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors.

4. Information about the product

This is important, so it is stated plainly: the product information on this site is descriptive, not contractual.

• Every screen shown is an illustration of the ParkWayz interface, and every figure in it — detection counts, occupancy percentages, plate numbers, camera counts, times — is an example, not real data from any customer or site.
• Edition names and the capabilities described against them are a summary. Camera allowances and the exact feature set of each edition are confirmed in writing, in a quotation or an order form, and those documents prevail over anything said here.
• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a warranty as to what the software will do in your environment. Deployment details, integrations and server requirements are scoped per site.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and the product develops over time. We do not guarantee the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or any material on it. If you are a consumer rather than a business user, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
